TERMS OF SERVICES

All terms of service indicated below must be clearly understood and mutually agreed upon before making any transactions.

1. General Terms

  • All prices are subject to change based on demand.

  • I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

  • All prices may also be adjusted depending on the complexity of the art style and drawing subjects or if additional design work and research are required. During the price quoting stage, I will inform you whether the drawing references or descriptions you provide are sufficient to proceed without additional design research costs.

  • Throughout the commission process, I will provide updates and screenshots as appropriate in which you are welcome to suggest improvements.

2. Payment

  • Once a quoted price has been mutually agreed upon, the commission can be fully paid upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

  • The accepted currency is USD or AUD and it is paid through PayPal. I will send you a PayPal invoice via email once an order has been placed.

  • Do not send me payments until I have agreed to accept the commission.

  • For information on refunds, please refer to the Refund & Cancellation Policies.

3. Revisions

  • The time taken to complete a commission will vary from a week to 3 months, depending on factors such as the complexity of the commission, personal health, other work and studies. Please note that rapid delivery options may not be available unless you are willing to compromise the overall quality of the artwork.

  • Up to 3 rounds of revisions on the commissioned piece are included in the price.

  • A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

  • If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, an extra fee will be charged.

  • Once the commission is completed, you'll receive a high-resolution digital artwork in both watermarked and unwatermarked .PNG files, an optional web-sized .JPG, and, upon request, .PSD or .SVG files.

  • When sharing the artwork online where you cannot suitably credit me as the artist, please post the version with the watermark. If applicable, files in .PSD or .SVG format can also be provided when requested in advance.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policies

  • As the client, you are not allowed a full refund once I start working on the commission.

  • If I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel your order before I start it, you can get a full refund.

  • The kill fee for cancelling the commission after work has begun is 50% of the commission's price. You will receive the work as is.

  • Should you wish to cancel the commission after the work has started, you can be issued a refund but agree to pay the kill fee.

  • If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

  • If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will lose the right to commission me again.

5. Copyright & Usage Policies

I, THE ARTIST:

  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • I will NOT claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork.

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online as well as in publications such as books.

YOU, THE COMMISSIONER:

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

  • You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

  • Altering the artwork without my consent
